Filling these boxes with gifts was my purpose in purchasing them. A very pretty shade of cashmere blush is available. Although it comes in a small bag, I was able to fill 15 - 18 cups with it While it is a bit pricey, most of the shredded paper looks great in gifts so I recommend it and will order again in the future.

My only disappointment is that the shred was a dirty pastel color rather than the size I wanted

It would have been nice if there had been a bit more light and a little less grey. The mixture was able to be used after adding some bright pink to bring out the light in.

There is, however, a long strand of tissue paper attached to it. My bridesmaid proposal boxes were made from a small crinkle paper packaging, which I had to make using scissors. It's not something I would buy again, but it works well for me.
