Will this work with a Marlin 336 lever rifle that has a pistol grip stock?

Yes, it will fit on my 336 when I don't have my pistol grip stock on, and it does fit when I don't have my pistol grip stock on.

Will this fit a clone of the Winchester 1873?

It will, in fact. Keep in mind, however, that the back end of this cover is flat, whereas the back end of a traditional Winchester 1873 is curved. It's comfortable, but the back isn't quite lined up.

For my 1895 B, this is perfect

I got the dark color and ordered it with six cartridge loops, and I'm very pleased with it. Because I have short arms, I had the stock shortened to six loops. It's beautifully constructed, and the buffalo leather looks fantastic. The only change I made was replacing the paracord with a leather tie down; if you want to make a change, talk to the manufacturer and they will do their best to accommodate you.

The only reason I didn't give five stars is because the crafter's emblem differed from what was depicted on the page. Advertise the product as if it were for sale.

The fit is good, the color is nice, the shellholders are tight and won't lose ammo, the paracord provided with the cover works OK, but I prefer leather, and the boot laces work great for me. This product is one that I would and have recommended to friends and customers. Lever rifles aren't the only ones who can benefit from this product.

Easy to put on, I was impressed by the quality, and I had looked at a lot of other leather butt wraps- 44mag rounds, which are much more expensive, fit perfectly
