We have the black ones, and they don't seem to tarnish at all, despite the fact that we've had them for quite some time. For us, they've been a fantastic product, and I'm not sure what pure stainless steel is.

For me, it was absolutely perfect and rushed! I could not have asked for better bands, and unlike other rings I've ordered from other places, the engraving is readable! They turned out exactly how I had envisioned them, and they were absolutely lovely.

It wasn't a good ring because it was nice when I first got it and stayed shiny for a week, but then it started to change color and I wasn't happy.
