It's absolutely stunning, and it's exactly what I was looking for. The gold vermeil on the band is starting to wear off, but I was expecting most of it to be gone by now, and I'm pleasantly surprised that the coin itself still looks gold. br>br>Update number two: It's been three months since I've worn it every day, and the coin itself is still in excellent condition, but the band is beginning to show signs of wear. The gold has nearly vanished, and the silvery material beneath it has given way to a dark metal. Unless you're the one wearing it, you're unlikely to notice. br>br>Update number three: Everything I've mentioned is a little worse than it was three months ago, but not by much, and the coin itself is still in excellent condition. I expected the coin to have worn out by now, but it hasn't, so I'd recommend this ring to anyone.
