HI, I'm not sure I understand the question, since my Missouri Rings absolutely CAN be made for you! You thought I was unable to do that because what made you think so? The quarter collection I keep at all times has over $1500, in all denominations from 1965 to 2018 and including all state quarters! Please let me know if this helps.
