As advertised, the product arrived in perfect condition. This appears to be a high quality leather necklace, as it measures 18" in length and looks to be made of high quality leather. As with most things, the results will come in due time, but it has only been on my neck for an hour. My favorite part of this cabinet is definitely the magnetic latch. Hands down, I decided on this cabinet over all the others for this reason. It's amazing how well lobster claw clamps work, but the connection is so rock solid, the necklace fails to latch on to it because the clamps work that well. It is possible to be strangled if you are not careful in some situations. After my initial tests, I found that a good tug will release the magnet. This type of clamp does not seem to have any possibility of the leather detaching from its magnetic clamp, which was what I had been It will be tested over the summer and I will **** UPDATE **** I am writing this a year and a half after this necklace was purchased and have not encountered any issues. Though I do not wear it every day, I do wear it often It hasn't happened to me yet when the magnetic latch hasn't held. Although not intentionally, I wore it in the shower and on the beach (although it didn't bother me at all). I also enjoy the quality of the leather, as it looks as good as it did when I first purchased it. My review of this necklace has not changed since 18 months ago.

The package arrived today, as expected, and it looks good. It works well even with a large (heavy) pendant due to the magnetic clasp. The 22" fits me well, and the 17 fits me very well. If I'd gone with a 19" or 20" instead of a 5" neck, I would have been happier. Approximately 4 mm of braid and 5 mm of clasp are used in the braid. The diameter is 8 mm, which is quite.

A nice necklace, but avoid magnetic clasps. My first purchase from this seller was only the first in a series of three. My general opinion of the item is that it has good construction. There is a nice braided leather attachment to the clasp, and it is firmly attached. I was excited to purchase my first magnetic clasp with this purchase. In the event that anything catches on the clasp, the necklace will open. This recommendation can only be made if you are active. (No star is dropped. ) Don't expect to be able to return this product unless it has a clear manufacturer's defect. Amazon's open return policy is one of the reasons I shop there (and am willing to pay a little more). Knowing that I will only have to pay for what I truly desire gives me the confidence to make my purchases. In spite of trying to return it, I could not get a clasp on it to work. Commenting that I have been denied, the seller said "Almost a month has passed since you received it. The piece caught on something, and this is what pulled it This clasp is not defective. Perhaps you are not a good candidate for one? "I probably should have known that I couldn't return the necklace before I bought it. The leather necklace arrived this morning. The first thing I did was wear it. I liked the quality of the leather and that the leather didn't have a chemical odor like some Chinese goods There is just a leather smell to it. When the leather braid gets thicker, the necklace fits tightly around your neck, so if you have a thick neck, keep this in mind. A thicker leather necklace from this seller is what I intend to order, but I'm debating whether or not I should order a size larger.

Have not experienced any issues with anything disintegrating or coming apart. Magnets hold the clasp in place fairly well, though they could get snagged when the clasp is released. As long as it prevents damage to the necklace itself, I have no problem with it. I like the way it feels, and it looks great!.

It is pretty, and has a magnetic clasp, although it sometimes releases when it gets caught on something or when you have something on your shoulders. A choker of 18" is what I bought. The story intrigued me, but I knew it should have been a 19 or a Moab, Utah, is home to Arches National Park, where it fell off a trail.
