It does not look like turquoise at all. It appears to be made solidly out of teal plastic with no black thread visible. It is an extremely disappointing experience for me.

I received the earrings just like I expected! It didn't occur to me when ordering that the backs are incredibly well made and I have worn them for a couple months without taking them out and they have stayed in well! I have no reaction to these due to the nature of my ears, which are highly sensitive.
