Hello Kathleen,br>Yes, this should work as long as the fabric isn't too thick (the clips aren't wide enough for a melton wool, for example). br>The front clasp opens with one hand.br>The only time you'll need assistance is when clasping each side to each side of the coat for the first time. br>I hope this information is useful, Benita.

The swirly style works well with a wide range of moods and looks, including classic, Victorian, and even my fantasy elf outfit. The clasp is ideal for tying up all those loose-fitting cardigans and wraps. I can also use it in the back or front of billowy blouses or dresses to make them look more fitted. I like how, unlike the other, it unhooks. I used to have a piece clasp - It's a lot easier to attach the clips on the back side, put the blouse or dress on, and then hook it up. I've had no issues with the hook coming apart, and I gave a matching one to a pregnant friend, and we had a lot of fun custom fitting her maternity "tents. " br>br>When you get yours, don't forget about the two extra plastic clip covers that come with it - a very nice touch!.
I have a couple of newer-style sweaters with no closures that keep me warm. The clip has helped me dress up my sweater while also keeping it closed. I like how the two pieces can be separated while still remaining attached to the sweater. Overall, it's a useful and attractive clip! I'd definitely give one to a friend who shares my tastes!.
I have a one-piece sweater clip that I got somewhere else, but re-clipping it after unclipping is difficult. I wanted to clip my hair straight without using a mirror, so when I saw this style, I was ecstatic. You don't have to fiddle with the clips when removing your sweater with this style; simply unhook it. In response to the remark that "it won't stay closed," I offer the following response: It only unhooks for me when the tension is released, such as when I reach down to tie a shoelace. If your sweater is too big, it won't stay hooked, but I've never had that issue. It's quite lovely.
This is a beautiful clip-art design. It was wise and beautiful, but it didn't suit my needs. I was looking for a clip to cinch a loose top in the back, but 1) the clip kept pulling off on one side or the other when I reached up for something or stretched my arms in a certain way, and 2) the clip does not lay flat and hurts your back when leaning against a seat (specifically a car seat when leaning back even slightly). The latter scenario also caused it to come undone on one side; there was no visible damage to my top, but it simply didn't work for practical reasons. It's very pretty, though, and will work if you're clipping the front of a sweater or something else that won't come undone or cause discomfort when you move around or lean against it. It's lovely, and I'm going to keep it. br>br> I also had trouble getting unhooked. I accidentally popped off the clasp glued to the ornamental part (while trying to close the hook so the two pieces would stay together), but I simply glued it back on and it solved the problem of the hook coming undone. I don't think it'll come unglued unless you put a lot of pressure on it (I tried using a hammer on the clasp because. The pliers were nowhere to be found). Apart from that, I believe it is worth keeping because the flaws can be worked around.
I've used it a few times in the last month and it's been great; it doesn't come unclipped and doesn't snag on clothes. I like how the clips are close together from one to the next, so the sweater closes tightly without a big gap. I'll be buying more from this seller in the future!.
I have a pair of capris that are a little too loose around the ankles, so I used these clips to cinch the hem and make the capris look better. The clips were simple to use and stayed on well. I'll most likely buy two more pairs of the other design so that I have a second set for the same purpose. I was very pleased with these - For me, there are no issues with things falling apart or coming undone!.
It's well-made and attractive. This fall and winter, I'll be putting it to good use. This clasp is made in the United States, which I really like. I was also delighted to receive a personal thank you note from the seller. I adore the personalization! Thank you so much.
It's something I enjoy doing with. When I asked a friend if she wanted one of the ones I had, she grabbed it from my grip, which was the first time she had done so. She has a great sense of style when it comes to clothing.
