I am very pleased with the bracelet and the service. My girlfriend and I bought this bracelet about a month ago when we were looking for something relatively inexpensive and simple to wear on a regular basis I check my email every day. It was love at first sight for me when I got the bracelet! It snagged on my shirt a few weeks later, and the clasp broke (possibly due to my effort?).
