Neither the picture nor the wood looked like what I ordered, and the two-toned color was not what I had Obviously, it would make no sense for photographs to be taken. Since I didn't use it, or at least I wasn't able to get a new hanger prior to the event. In spite of the fact that the item they sent me was of poor quality, they refused to accept it back. This product is a waste of money.
