While it is a beautiful shoe rack, I am very disappointed that one of the pieces of wood arrived chipped or damaged I think it looks really good together whereas I thought it might not be as noticeable. It was an extremely expensive purchase, so I hope the seller will read this.

My only reason for giving it four out of five stars was because the product had damage to one of the panels and was a little I love the way it looks, but visually, it's a bit dull.
