Questions & Answers

Who pays for the shipping to return the bottle tree if it doesn't look right in my yard?

You're covered if you bought the tree through Amazon Prime.

Has anyone ever had to anchor this cement to keep it from falling over after bottles have been placed on top of it?

Two of these are in my possession. There was no need for any cement. The spade anchor is just below ground level and each tree is driven into hard ground. They are both capable of holding several large, heavy bottles as well as standard wine bottles. They've had to deal with a lot of wind. a shower continue to hold their ground. Because the bottle tree is so heavy, soft ground could be a problem. Best wishes to you.

Will there be flaky rust or just a change in color when the tree rusts to a "beautiful patina"?

Because the area beneath the bottles will always be shiny metal while the rest rusts, I painted mine camouflage green. That's not the kind of look I'm looking for. Concerning the flaky issue, I'm not sure.

This charming bottle tree is one of my favorites! I've always admired bottle trees and thought it'd be fun to plant one in my yard
5/5

This 13-bottle tree is fantastic!br>It's well-made. In fact, the instructions state that the bottles will break first, followed by the welds. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, making setup a breeze. Pinning it to the ground was the most difficult part. I was worried that the tree would not go far enough into the ground to be stable, especially with the extreme wind gusts we get, so I found a 2' section of iron pipe that the tree's "trunk" fit into and pounded the pipe into the ground first, which worked perfectly. br>The branches are all the same length, which resulted in a column shaped tree with regular 750ml wine bottles. That problem was solved with a trip to the liquor store. I used 2 liter wine bottles for the bottom branches, 1 liter bottles for the next two sets of branches, traditional 750 ml bottles for the next two sets of branches, fancy 500 ml water bottles for the top pair, and a red 750 ml wine bottle for the single top. It's shaped like a conifer tree and is more pyramidal. I decided against spray-sealing the metal and instead let it weather naturally. br>It's a fun way to start a conversation. And it's made in the United States by a small business! There are a variety of sizes and shapes to choose from. I would strongly suggest it.

The tree is stunning! The instructions were completely accurate
5/5

It was easy to put together and "plant" according to the instructions. In one review, it was suggested that solar lights be placed in and around the bottles. That's exactly what I did, and it turned out to be incredible.

This is the best bottle tree I've seen so far! This bottle tree is the best I've seen so far in terms of quality
5/5

My friends have them, but they're a little flimsy. I found it on Amazon and ordered two of them - for use in both the front and back yards br>br>In preparation for the trees, I painted a bunch of bottles. UPS delivered them around 4 p. m. today, and by 5 p. m. , they were buried and covered in bottles! They're appealing and well-made. made. My welder neighbor came over and complimented me on how well they were constructed! br>br>I'm so glad I got these. They'll keep me entertained for many years. br>br>UPDATE: br>br> I now have FIVE of these amazing bottle trees in my yard. In addition, all five of them acquitted themselves admirably during their first bitterly cold and snowy winter. I'll add another- than- customer who is pleased.

Great art from the United States of America! I've always wanted a bottle tree, and I'm glad I took the time to look into it
5/5

This is a fantastic piece of craftsmanship. Furthermore, I enjoy assisting American artists. During a recent severe thunderstorm, it barely moved.

Customer who has purchased from us before
5/5

I was so pleased with my first purchase that I went ahead and ordered two more. Shipping was extremely quick. The tree is simple to put together but has a lot of weight. Steps are simple to follow. There are some useful hints included. REMEMBER TO FOLLOW THEM! Washing the tree in hot, soapy water was the most difficult part. I suppose you could skip washing your tree if you intend to leave it unpainted. I prepared for this by priming mine was painted, If I didn't do that, I knew the paint wouldn't stick. Products that are both cool and well-made.

It was delicious and well worth the money! This is a five star rating
5/5

star- It is a very well-made product, made of sturdy and solid steel. item made by hand The instructions are clear and simple to understand. To drive it into the ground, you'll need a weighted mallet and a step ladder, as directed. Prepare to have sore arms after you've placed it, but it'll be well worth it!.

You must be fine with the leaning of your tree! This isn't your typical bottle tree from the South
3/5

I'm still trying to figure out how to keep track of everything. It's very top-heavy, so a longer anchor that goes into the ground is required.

This item is extremely durable
5/5

This is still in excellent condition. I was afraid it wouldn't hold up because I used beer growlers instead of wine bottles. It has withstood a couple of storms and some fairly strong winds without snapping. I would strongly advise you to use it as a garden ornament. I'll also add that it's a good talking point.
