Two old, successful owl houses are being replaced. This clock from Kingwood Clocks is made of genuine cedar and is well-made, so it should last for many years. Has a clever clean-up technique. The entire bottom can be removed with ease - This isn't always necessary, but we've had squirrels take over in the past, so it's a nice feature to have. Overall, it's a significant step forward from its predecessor. I'll have to wait for the current clutch of babies to mature, but I'm excited for another 15 minutes. Baby owls have been a part of our lives for the past 20 years.

I bought this after seeing owls in my backyard, but I didn't do enough research on the owl or this item. I believe our owls (barred owls) are too big for this nest. My return request was quickly responded to by the seller, who also provided a shipping label. Return costs are your responsibility, as you would expect from a small business, so learn from my mistake and plan ahead. br>br>The bird house's quality, in my opinion, was excellent. Aromatic cedar chunks in good shape. I intend to make another purchase from them. This time, it's the right size.

After hanging the box, I learned from a local owl expert that for Ohio backyard owls, a 3" hole is best. I contacted the seller, and within a few days, I had the perfect wood hole to nail over the box, and he even included matching screws, which made it super simple to install. I can't wait to see the owls early next year! Thank you a lot.
