A dinner bowl was used and it was filled with a variety of ingredients Despite her small size, cozy was not cramped. I also used it with a Correll noodle bowl, which is bigger and more durable I had no problems with it. The cozy is meant to be placed in tandem with the bowl, preventing hot bowls from leaking out.
