Getting the information I needed with proper punctuation would have saved me In this description, there are no periods between the sentences and it's very misleading Although it appears that it comes with a birch wood frame, the birch wood is actually only the insert itself & it is not part of the frame. The pictures on Amazon do not reflect how it actually looks. Despite the pictures making it look almost stainless, the chip holder has a yellowish hue due to the genuine Birch that it is made of. It would seem that the orange option for the paper mat behind the chip holder would be close to orange considering Harley is mentioned in the description, but it isn't, and it doesn't have any other option. Before ordering, they don't give us a preview of how their orange will look like. In reality, the "orange" color that arrived is more like peach or even a lighter shade of orange. The response I received from this item's customer service department was a canned response without a consideration of my concerns regarding the description or colors, which means that I have to toss this thing in my trash.
