When I asked the seller if I could mail it back instead of getting the ebony backdrop, they agreed. In the end, the seller told me I did not have to return the entire product, and would send me the backdrop in Ebony instead (expedited 2 DAY shipping) so that it would be delivered in time Despite ordering 2, I only received one backdrop in ebony. after I got engaged, so I had a wedding date WELL before I got married! The old back drop was easily taken out and replaced with the new one by unscrewing the screws. The seller was so accommodating with my requests and even paid EXTRA for 2 day shipping. I am so happy with my purchase and would like to thank him for it! It is a HAND-MADE product, which means that there are no machines involved The product was made from Upon receiving the package, I could smell the fresh wood and feel the craftsmanship in every inch of the product. The etching of our names, wedding date, and fine/floral details on the rectangular box is amazing and extremely legible. The picture comes with a stand, so you can display it for your wedding guests at the wedding, as well as a wall mount which you can use for years to come once you put it on your wall. You don't have to be worried about it getting damaged in transit, since the package is packaged so well (saran wrap, bubble wrap). I am so excited to be able to use this item full-time for years to come and it's probably my favorite purchase I made for my wedding! I would give both the seller and product 100 stars if I could! The 50 heart one is what I got. I ordered the smallest hearts and I only received thirty of them, so I was a bit confused thinking that I had ordered the wrong one, but the seller messaged me to let me know that this was not As soon as possible, they got back to me within six hours. My order was for 50 and I received only 30. I was told that the mistake was on their part. At the time I am writing this, I am receiving another twenty pieces. In a very short time I can't wait to see it on my wedding day. I'm delighted by this item and it's exactly what I wanted. I would recommend this company for their great customer service, great quality, and great price. To give you an idea of size, I am holding a fire TV remote.

I left mine on until the event, and I chose a mason jar design since my daughter was getting married on the beach and I wanted something to remind us of her wedding and to give her as a keepsake. The sign-in book that collects dust on the shelf seems not as appealing as this one hanging on the wall. It has been a pleasure working with you, and I'm very happy with my purchase.

We ended up buying it from two different vendors before telling customer service to stop. This one would have been my choice, but the other was $35 and the quality of that one was far superior to this one. Box was too small for hearts, writing was hard to read, and the writing was too small for the hearts. Even in bright wedding lighting, your guests would not be able to read it. I contacted them, and they informed me that it is an item that is personalized. As far as I remember, I had even promised to take back half of the money. A response has not yet been received. It's not worth your money to spend it.

It's a no-brainer Opening a present for Christmas felt like opening a present from a little kid. It had everything I wanted, so I'm very happy with it! I love how sturdy and well-made it is. There is no doubt this product is worth the money and I recommend it to any couple looking for a creative approach for their wedding guest book.
