I have used Yorkshire Grit and Ack's turning abrasive and found this product to be different. My experience with using this product has proven to be very effective once I discovered the right speeds at which to rub it in. At first, I thought this product was just for small projects, but after trying a few larger projects, I came to realize When spun at a speed of higher than four revolutions per minute, it is more useful for jobs with smaller parts, but with a little time and effort it also produces amazing results when spun for larger items. That will be one of my finishing techniques to add to my arsenal.
In addition to providing a nice shine, this product can also be finished. Despite its dark green color, one problem I have is that it is virtually impossible to see it On some light woods, however, it left dark stains in the end grain that I was unable to remove after sanding. It was a problem with some maple, so hopefully it won't be a problem in the future. The price of this paste is very competitive with those of.
After going through all phases of sand paper, I used this. Using sand paper to finish a wood project leads to clogs It is the turning of resin. I was pleased with this product!.
I am a relatively new wood turner and have done the typical thing that most people do, which is to buy everything and try it out. I will never substitute another product for this one once it has been used. About half of the bottle has been used on over 40 items and I'm just starting to run out. Having ordered an additional to make sure that I don't run out, I made sure that I have enough to go around. The product is easy to apply, strong and stands up well to any type of wood. I am very pleased with this.
Since this product was easy to find, I tried it. I am not up to speed on another similar product, but I have no experience with other similar ones. The application has taken my projects to a whole new level! I am a new wood turner and this is just what I've been looking for.
This was what I found when I was looking for yorkshire grit. You can use this product on wood as well as.
Wood crafts are easy with this stuff.
