I don't usually give weight ratings for legs because there are a lot of factors that can affect the final product's stability, such as wood species and thickness. That being said, I believe these legs would be ideal for a table of that size; the steel is a good size for a table of that width and length. I don't usually write reviews, but after using these legs with my butcher block coffee table for the past six months, I can confidently say: These are incredible legs. br>br>First and foremost, the overall packaging was meticulous- I felt compelled to be extra diligent with my recycling and composting for the week after it arrived because it was shipped with so much padding and wrapped in so much saran wrap. Brown paper padding was used to protect the corners, and there were no scratches or flaws due to shipping. The actual craftsmanship, on the other hand, was outstanding. br>br> The powder coating was consistent in color throughout and covered every conceivable surface without chipping. Finally, because proper lag bolts were supplied, attaching the legs to the table was a breeze. br>br>Finally, attaching the legs to the table was a breeze because the metal is quite thick and sturdy, and without the kind of warping that would make attaching them to a table difficult. br>br> sturdily constructed screws that could be used with a socket wrench or a flathead screwdriver I ended up attaching the legs with a socket wrench, and it was a sweaty process. It's invigorating, but it's not too painful. br>br>Overall, the coffee table turned out beautifully, thanks in large part to the table legs, which were sturdy, attractive, and capable of supporting the 70-pound table with relative ease. I have nothing but praise for you after six months-- I'm planning on buying another set for my next project. br>br>Any more praise for these legs would make me sound like a hardboiled noir detective meeting a femme fatale for the first time, so I'll just say that they're well worth the money.
