I'm not sure what the maximum weight limit is. The legs are 3/4" plywood, which means they can withstand a lot of weight without breaking. I've sold several hundred of these and haven't received any complaints.

I gave it to a second-grader who had a built-in bed that was too high for him. It was the widest, highest, and most stable step stool I could find for what I thought was a fair price; I saw others online that were a little higher, wider, and finished, but they were over $200! br>It feels stable when I stand on it, but I can purposefully rock it forward, which means it could fall if it weren't propped against a wall.
Made in the United States of America! It's a bit pricey, but it's worth it! In addition, I received a handwritten invoice!.
This stool has a lot of weight behind it. I'm not concerned that it will break like my previous one. It's not quite as big as I had hoped.
It was precisely what I had been searching for.
Easy to stain or paint to match your decorbr>Nice wide stepsbr>.
