My bed is a little higher off the ground than most. Will the extra deep pockets on the mattress allow it to reach the floor?

I believe so, but measure the side of your bed with a tape measure just to be sure. The ruffle on the side measures 30 inches in length. My bed is also a little high, and it drapes and spills on the floor, as seen in the photos. It appeals to me.

This is a fantastic layout

This spread's split-corner style is one of my favorites (it's hard to find a spread I like with this option). It washes well, which is important given that we have a dog and a cat sharing our bed. This spread comes highly recommended. I like it so much that I bought a second one when the first one started to show signs of wear after a few years.
