Not only are the towel holders beautiful, they are extremely durable. There was a slight tightening of a couple of the screws that hold the hooks on, but it wasn't too bad. It was awesome that I got to pick the colors I wanted! Having a towel rack that looks great and does its job is great. The product feels very solid, as if it will last a long time. It arrived earlier than I expected, particularly given the global quarantine situation and delays in deliveries across the country. My overall experience with this purchase was excellent.

I was surprised to find that the items are not predrilled for hanging, they forgot my screws, and that there is not even a template. In no part of the description does it mention whether there is a pre-requisite The holes have been drilled. In response, they said that they didn't pre drill, so they are ready to be put on a "stud". What do you mean by that? The item I'm holding isn't a TV or a huge mirror, it's a towel rack and holder for toilet paper! It was very lame of the seller to reply. Furthermore, they do not cover the items in bubble wrap, but in peanuts. Luckily, the items that I received were in good shape. Just for the additional $22 shipping, they could at least make sure the screws are included! Be prepared to drill holes in your purchases, take caution when opening so peanuts don't spill out, then carry the box outside to the garage where you will dig through the peanuts trying to find (in my case), non-peanut-related items.
