There is no difference in size between the sheet advertised and the one in the real world. You will need to pay extra if you want it framed. Otherwise, you receive a cotton sheet printed with the image and frame it yourself.

In our case, the lyrics are from our first dance, still together by Mat DeMarco, which is not exactly a popular song, or one that many people know. Seller got the lyrics just right! The package was received much It was just what I had requested in terms of wording. There are however many signs that it was cut from a larger sheet of material - like the frayed edges and hanging strings (I trimmed them up). I also put it in its own frame. It would have been great to have gotten it in a better size as per the description and with more accurate cuts. My rating was three stars because the shipping was quick and the wording was accurate. It makes me nervous ordering custom products online (I am not used to the process).
This book came in a hard envelope so that it could stay flat and it was covered in a protective plastic sheet. This design is flawless, and nothing has been erroneous or misaligned in any way. It's a flawless design. You should definitely give this a try.
