Does exactly what it says on the box. The ankle holders I have for my Fitbit are very nice. Fitbit on my ankle is my preferred method of wearing it. However, it can be difficult finding an anklet that doesn't look like the ankle bracelet that the police wear with I love it! It was always a joke among people that I was being tracked by law enforcement when I wore a wide, black hat. There was no fun in that! I found these dainty ones that looked like fashion statements by searching for more dainty ones. Now I have 3 different colors to wear with different outfits, and I've never had to wear the big black one! There is no guarantee that it will ever happen. As I wear these, I forget I have them on. They hold up well and are comfortable enough that I forget they are there. As I watch for more colors, I am watching them closely!.

I wear my Fitbit on my ankle every day for accurate and convenient tracking of my steps and heart rate. I only remove it to place it on the charger. I don't have to worry about getting my wrist bands wet when I wash my hands anymore! In addition, Fitbit has such great features for tracking weight loss, I am now using its online tools as well! It was my daughter's birthday, so for her I received an Alta Fitbit. After wearing it for a few days, I noticed the device did not count my steps when I did not move my arms. After wearing it for a while, I went back to using ordered it from Amazon after seeing it on the site. That's what I love about My steps are counted every step of the way. As it's slotted in half-inch increments, I got a size smaller (they are sized in that manner) and it's good I did, because if I'm not careful, it can get stretched out.
