I sent a message asking if they could send me one that matched the others because the new one was much lighter than the originals I ordered. Hellen responded quickly and requested that I send him a photo of the old and new ones. She said she'd send me the darker sage along with a return label so I could send the light one back once I'd sent that! So not only are the robes lovely, but so is the customer service! Bridesmaid robes are highly recommended!.

Order early to ensure a high-quality product

A different robe was given to me as a present, and it was far too large. I chose a robe that I liked and would be able to wear after the wedding. Mrs. Cook helped me customize mine, and it turned out gorgeous! I can't wait to wear it again because the fabric is so soft and comfortable. I took a star off because it was late and arrived two days after the expected arrival date at my in-laws' house. House of Laws- It was the night before my wedding, so I couldn't stay there anymore. I had to travel, and my husband had to travel to meet me, so I could have it for my wedding day.

It costs a lot of money to return something

After steaming the robes, they are very cute. They'll be boxy if you don't. Customer service was poor, and you will be responsible for the cost of the return, which is not insignificant. Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing from this seller in the future. The principle of it is that if you want to sell on Amazon, you should allow customers to return items for free. So keep that in mind.

This item will be given to my daughters at my wedding; the lettering was stuck together due to the heat, but I was able to separate it and salvage it. The lettering is thin, and it isn't worth the money, but the robes I bought for the bridesmaids were only ten dollars and were of much better quality. Also, size up because they are small.
