It is entirely up to you how loose you want them to be. I purchased a small for myself, and it was the perfect fit. It fit me modestly, even though I'm usually a small to medium. Going a size up is always a good idea if you want to make sure it fits everyone in the bridal party; I'm 5'9, so I usually size up on most orders.
I'm a size 12 and a 38D, and I ordered a regular, which fit perfectly! It wasn't too tight, and it was comfortable.

The robe's style and color appealed to me, but the price change and automatic shipping rate did not. Another thing to mention is that I didn't receive my letters for 'Bridesmaid,' so the refund she offered, which I accepted, has yet to appear in my account. Overall, though, it's a lovely robe. If you think the One Size won't close, I recommend getting the larger sizes. I ordered a 2X but received a 3X, though I could have gotten away with a one-size-fits-all option.
I really like this maternity robe, but it's quite large! Normally, I'm a 0-size woman. 2 and, even though I was pregnant, this was still plenty roomy. After the baby is born, I'll most likely get a child's size. br> The fabric is very soft, and the 3/4 length sleeves with the lace are lovely, and I like that they aren't too long.

Material is of good quality. Satin is very nice. It's not too thin, and it's not see-through, which is a big plus. The lace trim was lovely and well-made. It's simple to sew a small monogram on the front of the shirt.
The bride was so touched when she received it as a bachelorette gift with "Mrs. (new last name)" on it! She even wore it in her wedding photos, hanging next to her gown. Good quality; I'm not sure how long the screen printing will last versus having it embroidered, but it looks great to begin with!.
