My son was born a few weeks ago, so I bought him this. He was born a few months ago and I wanted to take newborn pictures with it. When I took it out of the package, I found it to be very nice. Because newborn skin is sensitive and I do not know how the fabric was handled before receiving it, I obviously washed it before trying to use Keeping it in mind, I washed it on delicate cycle, in cool water, and with gentle baby detergent and air fluff inside the dryer. The stitching (not the embroidery) of the blanket started to come apart after laundry. Whenever I see this, I get kind of upset because I was planning on keeping it as a keepsake just like her Right now, I am not sure if I should keep it or just find another one somewhere else. As for the lettering, I would like the Layla font in dark brown. I was amazed at how soft and well-made it is. It arrived on time. It turned out to be an insanely pretty stitching. Since I'm so happy and I like the product so much, I'll more than likely buy the stroller size (we did last name since we didn't know I am having a boy who is deer/brown themed, so we want to decorate his room in these colors! I was thrilled to find this!).

I love how cute and comfy this is. I even keep it as cute and comfortable as new when I wash it. There is no dryer in my house and I have no plans to put one in. As for the embroidered name, it could've been a little thicker and the fur around the name could've been The only thing I did was cut it with scissors, so it still looks great. This would be perfect if it came in a bigger size for me,.

My friend described this cloth as being lightweight and a little larger than a tea towel, a wonderful choice for newborns. The item is much smaller than thought and not as fuzzy as it appears in the photos. There's no point in getting it as thick and large as you advertise.
