On the package is a list of the ingredients. The ingredients are white rice, sugar, corn syrup, agar, honey, and baking soda Adding cinnamon powder to a meal. This rice roll doesn't have a great deal of nutrition, but it provides a certain sweetness, a certain carb crunch, and that extra naughtiness that raw vegetables can't offer. The WW program is great A 35-pound weight loss! junkie, this is my go to treat for a cheap little reward. Each of the points is worth one. Sweetened with honey and very light cinnamon, this crunchy puffed rice is sweet and crunchy. These are just the right size, there are half a dozen bites I can crunch and chew, rather than the meager two or three Such a nice thing to have.

I'd have a package of them around, but that's all they're good for. If you want the regular rolls, you should buy them in bulk. It's awesome that they exist.
When I shop at my local Asian market, I usually buy the Jayone original flavors. You can buy them for $1 each. This package contains 8 rolls at a cost of $99 each. As my store does not carry honey cinnamon and as an avid cinnamon lover, I had to try it. The cost per package is $66. 6). The originals were not as sweet as the ones I received, but I found they arrived on time and they were safely packaged. In the original, there are 2 grams of sugar per roll but the taste is less sweet. The originals have 3 grams per roll. In addition, I find that the cinnamon is a bit bland for my palate. I will stick with the original flavor since it costs less.
