The reason we buy these at Costco is that we really like After placing an order with Amazon one day, I decided to pick up some instead of making another trip to Costco. It looked like it would be wonderful yesterday but every stick I opened (I was hoping it would just be one) was really hard, dry and tasted terrible. When I messaged the seller, their response was this
"Thank you for contacting us. ". The products we shipped out are all brand new and unopened. It is the manufacture's responsibility to control the formula of the product. Our return policy allows you to return the product if you are not satisfied with it, and we will lend you the pre-owned portion Although I paid for the shipping label, since the product had been opened, so 15% of the product's value was refunded to me. Using a restocking fee to make it returnable isn't right. I understand food isn't something you would normally return, but charging a restocking fee to make it returnable is wrong. Could you please tell me why you would "restock" an open item of food? I am very angry that I spent the money I did and didn't get a good product in return.
