The sugar content of this one is just a little bit higher. A few days ago I received the "Natural Pineapple" from nuts.com. It tastes like leather, but has none of the sugar. The dried pineapples at nuts. com have all been tried by me. have searched high and low for a dried pineapple made without sugar that is "eatable" but without success. The sugar is either in there or the taste is awful. In addition, I bought two different dehydrators to do it myself, and after 36 hours of drying pineapple it was no longer edible. I am frustrated by the situation.
No organic products were in the bag I received. I also wasn't expecting it to be near as good as the natural dried fruit snack. It is a bag of sugared pineapple rings, not dried naturally, completely candied. Generally speaking, if you allow yourself to think that way, this is not a bad product. I gave it away because I had to.
In this bag, you'll find a lot of it! For the size of the package and how many thick slices are included, it is actually a decent price.

The sugar is added, but it is considerably less than most other brands. Another benefit of low added sugar was the low calorie content. To keep myself from getting too excited, I had to stop wearing a lot of rings per day There was just something so yummy about them. In addition, pineapples contain bromelain (which helps aid digestion) to keep my stomach happy. The wonderful things you have done for me cannot be overstated. Once they are back in stock, we will order more.
I like to compare it to a tiny slice of pineapple dripping with tons of sugar. We injected as much sugar as we could. A yellow sugar cut into the shape of a pineapple slice technically falls under that category.
Many other reviews mention the fact that it is too sweet, but that is what happens when you dry fruit that is naturally sweet. imagine that these pineapples were dried for a reason, meaning they wouldn't have been purchased in a store otherwise. They have a chance to mature and become sweet. Purchases will be made.

Despite being rubbed with water, there is a thin layer of sugar on top and they are still very sweet after the sugar is removed! Then I must cut them into very small pieces and let them soak in water for a few hours to get rid of any sugar left. A very different experience from what I anticipated!.
What a great idea! The product also does not contain any color, so there is no dye! My next order will be placed soon. Time and time.
Trader Joe's isn't within 100 miles of my house, so I ordered these dried pineapple slices in hopes that they would be comparable to their dried baby pineapple. Despite the fact that they have a sugar coating, pineapple slices are believed to be low in sugar. I suppose you have to learn as you go!.
There is much more sweetness than the description might imply, and the I could not detect pineapple flavor in this product. I threw it away after opening, it was disappointing.
