Throughout the year, our Church makes and sells Soda Bread in a variety of flavors. tried pineapple as an added ingredient and it was a big hit. The flavor worked well in other recipes and I'm sure it would work in others as well.

Although it tastes great, it has a few problems

I think this results in the pieces becoming a little dry and hard to chew because they are cut so small. My goal is to preserve more moisture by making the pieces 3x as big as they currently are.

I really like it! I even had to give some to my dog! I enjoyed this very much! One of the hardest things was not to devour too much food at once

An excessive amount of sugar is added

I find that the added sugar to be too much, with 67 grams of sugar per serving (four grams have the same value as one teaspoon). That is a lot of sugar and gives me an overly sweet and sickly taste.

I like that they are just the right size. They are also very nutritious and tasty. While it would be nice if it did not contain sugar, it is a more nutritious snack Nothing potentially harmful is in it.
