I love the texture and the color I love the way the fruit is cut! A pineapple chunk that is tasteless, see-through, and disintegrates in your mouth will not be served to you! This pineapple is delicious, meaty, and full of flavor Every piece is in plain sight & you can see it yourself You can see that the various cuts are all from different pineapple parts! My background is as a chef and a restaurant owner It's hard to believe these are healthy. . . but they are! My only complaint is that they are so expensive, especially since I eat twice as many as they are There is no way that I can afford 6 packets a day, however I understand the cost It takes a lot of labor to make them, so I'll always buy them as long as I can afford it!.
I think this is pretty good! Put dried pineapple in the freezer.
