Some weeks they'll take of the 500 items they have in stock and drop the price for three days, or drop the price for 200 of the items when the 200 items are sold, the last 300 remain at normal price as 200 of them had an expiration date coming up. They were just delivered so they would expire in 4 months. 301 of them had already been delivered so they would expire. As I have been told over the years, the date was farther away from the other 200. Hope this answered a few questions.

My disappointment was completely borne out when I saw the quality of the Ritz cheese and crackers sandwiches that I purchased from There is a possibility they are of poor quality, which is why they are sold through Amazon prime pantry. Crackers are missing from almost every pack, and half of them do not have cheese filling. Was one of the packs just crackers with a few extra in it in order to make a package weight total? There is no clue whatsoever. Basically, if you are looking for Ritz crackers, this is the one you are looking for.
However, the cheese is only weak, and the crackers are the same, buttery goodness. Even the brand of cheese they use for the line that comes with the cheese in a cup with four crackers is not as tangy as this one. They were ok, but I will not be purchasing Be sure to use Smile. Previously, I was addicted to peanut butter cheese crackers, but these are far superior. There are several packs I have bought and they are all fresh, taste great, and are at a great price. Taste just like Ritz crackers, but with the cheese from a can you squeeze out and sprinkle on top!.
