I'm so excited! Cheddar Cheese Straws are gluten free

It is so yummy to eat these! This is a wonderful group of people. It was my grandmother who used to make Cheese Straws during the holidays, and I haven't had them since she passed away a number of years ago. My son also suffers from Celiac's disease and is allergic to Gluten. We are unable to eat any commercial brand cheese straws because of this. My hope was that these would be tasty, and I was happy to find out they were. While they aren't as good as my grandmothers', they are very good nonetheless. I find the flavor to be wonderful, but they are not as light as my grandmother's did, as they were not gluten-free. However, I will be ordering more as soon as I can! I like them better with more cayenne pepper, but all I had to do was sprinkle some on them and they were perfect.

The cheese straws lack heat in my opinion, and some people like the sting that comes with some cheese. A good thing about buying in bulk is that you can get You can sometimes find cheese straws when shopping, but once you open the package, you'll realize there are rarely any inside. My one complaint is that most of the cheese straws are damaged. Packaging and shipping can have a great deal to do with this. Although I would not want the broken pieces served to guests, they do not affect the taste in any way.

It is a completely different bag every time this time compared to the previous ones I've had. There is a slight difference in taste (not bad, just different) but the texture is totally My favorite snack has gone missing, so I'm sad as a fluffy girl.
