I've had my can for up to 6 months and it's still as fresh and potent as the day it was purchased. It was a great investment!
This spray isn't meant to be used as an air disinfectant.
You can, but it will be less oily.

AMAZING CLIPPERCIDE, STOP LOOKING, GET THIS ONE. This is by far the most effective clippercide we've come across! It disinfects and cleans the blades effectively while also adequately lubricating them. I had previously used Wahl clippercide, which was a disaster. It smelled like I was using personal lubricant on my clippers, and because of the chemical composition, it caused ingrown hairs. This orange Clippercide can is the best; it smells fresh and isn't overly greasy, so it won't irritate your skin. Thank you for a high-quality, professional product that I will definitely purchase again.
But, since I was unable to return it, I'm going to use it anyway, despite the health risks. I'm not sure. Overall, it's a good piece of work. Simply avoid inhaling the mist as much as possible, and wash your hands after handling it.
I don't believe it's lubricant; in fact, it may have ruined my clippers! I sprayed them after I finished and left them for about a week, and when I turned them back on, the blade was very difficult to buzz, and at one point, it made an electrical explosion and smelled like burned wires. They still work, but no more of that stuff!.
Wow. My first shave after using this on all of my blades was so buttery smooth that I went ahead and shaved for another 5 minutes. My Andis Trimmer slid across my cheeks. The aroma is eerily similar to that of a barbershop. Very enjoyable. It's not at all harsh. The spray stream is as thick as WD40. I'm not going to be able to finish this bottle anytime soon. Excellent value for money.
Because the liquid spreads out more than a straight squirt (bear with me, this is difficult to explain), I have to keep the nozzle close to the clippers edge to keep it from spraying all over the place. However, the quality of the product is excellent. br>br> Does what it's supposed to do and hasn't caused any issues: It cleans and lubricates the joints.
I'll repurchase when I run out.
This is what I use at home to groom my dog. It definitely keeps the blade cool against her skin, and the smell of Isopropyl Alcohol assures me that the spray disinfects whatever it's sprayed on. I'm not sure why Amazon's per-can price is so much higher than local beauty supply stores, but because of my health, I've tried to stay at home as much as possible with COVID.
I didn't, so I was stuck trying to figure out how to get rid of it in a safe and responsible manner. (Amazon does not accept returns. ) The spray is dangerous, and the fumes are dangerous, according to the warnings on the label. I didn't want it in the house because I have breathing problems. As a result, take caution when purchasing. (Have fun and stay safe!.
