The potatoes do not have to be cooked. It's personal preference whether I warm them up in the microwave by warming them up a little or light toast them for hamburger buns, but they are fully cooked and can easily be eaten straight from the package if you prefer.

They are great, but a little expensive for me. In order to prevent them from going bad, I freeze them until I need them. I can't take them to work unless I remember to toast them or bake them before I leave for work, so they are quite crumbly if I don't bake or toast them. I have tried nearly every gluten-free bread available on the market, but I hate it. It is this one that I enjoy eating the most. It tastes the closest to wheat bread to me, but I still have to cut it and toast it. As part of the warm package, I can serve it to those who are not gluten free, and they seem not to notice that the bread is not real. The first time I tried it was at a top notch restaurant it was the only place I could find it before I started ordering.
A total of six packs of 4 Ciabatta rolls each was ordered. It is hard to find GF rolls that taste as good as these. As I learned from my research, it is difficult to find these in local stores. The cookies are par-baked, so they will need to be cooked in the oven for a minute or two before they are eaten. Though they were shipped on time, I had difficulty getting them delivered, because food items can be tricky to deliver. I don't know if it is advisable to freeze them, but I have done so since I got them and have not had any problems thawing them out and baking them. Even today, they still taste great. They're good for sandwiches, garlic bread, dinner rolls, or any use which requires sliced bread. I use these rolls and the baguettes for any purpose. The only thing that I deducted a star for was the lack of a packing slip in the box, and that combined with the cost, nearly $6 for 4 rolls.
There is no difference between it and regular bread in terms of texture. Because it had been over four weeks since I could get it at the grocery store, I decided to order it online. It did not come with free shipping when I purchased it using my prime membership, but I still ordered it. You can use it as a hamburger bun or breakfast roll. It is slightly more expensive than the regular buns, but it is worth the price. This is my favorite GF bread. I've tried every brand, and this one wins hands down.
This product is intended for use by the date 6 There were some moldy portions on the rolls from 2021 and it was not good to use when it was still so soon. I won't buy from you.

To keep them fresh, I freeze them. Slice one frozen roll in half and toast the halves after heating for 30 seconds in the microwave. Once that's done, place the flowers in a plastic bag and let them steam away. Their crumbling-free texture and delicious flavor make them perfect for breakfast or snacking.
There is visible mold on this item, but Amazon will not accept it for return. This was an unacceptable experience, I will not be buying.
