They're a tasty snack, but the price is a little steep for what you get. I get ten small snacks per bag after sharing with my dogs. Both flavors (blue and red) have been tried by me. Both are acceptable (strawberry). I took away a star because of the price and the lack of store availability.
Finding healthy snacks that my child will eat is a constant struggle. This is one that I always pack in my Kindergartner's lunchbox, and he always eats it. This Halloween, I was handing out candy and healthy snacks when my son exclaimed, "Not the cookies!" " and retrieved them from the pail, intending to eat them for lunch, haha. So. "5- year- approved by the elderly!.
They are excellent in terms of food, and my toddler adores them. Surprisingly, when I opened the last box I ordered through Amazon Fresh (which was correctly sealed), three of the bags inside were not sealed, as if the machine used to seal them malfunctioned, and they were open and super stale. I was disappointed to discover that more than half of the contents of the box had to be discarded. I'm sure it was a one-time occurrence, but it was strange and annoying nonetheless.
Both the strawberry and blueberry flavors are favorites of my daughter's. My son eats one or two blueberry cookies, but inhales the strawberry and demands more. Go fig. Both have a pleasant flavor to me, similar to a fruitier digestive biscuit. br>Instead of individual baggies, I wish I could buy them in a larger box. The plastic baggies are mylar(?) and are fairly thick.
I enjoy them as well, but I try to keep them reserved for him. They have a great texture for him to learn how to chew. They are easily crumbled, which is a good thing because he is still learning. Definitely recommend.
These were not well received in our household. The flavor and texture of the dish were both off. It's a pity, because the concept is fantastic. It was simply a bad performance.
They appeared in a search for dairy-free products and I decided to buy them. That's not the case. It was my mistake not to double-check.
These were not well received by my children. So I gave one a try, and I must say that the flavor is pretty bad and dry.
