I believe I'm one of the few people who enjoy the oatmeal raisin flavor, but I nonetheless consider them In addition to the chocolate, I enjoy most of the other flavors. My body does not process them well and they are not a good substitute for food As a breakfast and as a meal replacement, I take one when I exercise or eat it before lunch. Small enough not to feel cheated but not so tiny that it is hard to consume. Trying to find good tasting gluten free foods is a top priority for me and I am grateful that I have found these because they simplify one of my daily meals at least.

The first time I saw these was at a local HEB when they first started carrying them for a holiday promotion. It was love at first sight for my whole family.
