A great oat bar with no chalky aftertaste and 3 grams of protein, but it's a little earnest

I gave it four instead of five stars because it wasn't quite as chocolatey as I had hoped. I had hoped for a more fruity flavor. I prefer the lemon bars over the chocolate bars because the lemon flavor is stronger. Still, it's not a total disaster in terms of health.

One bar is all it takes to satisfy hunger. It's light and portable. When purchased fresh, the quality is excellent. Check the sell by date to see if it has lost its punch. This snack is extremely filling. Sweet cookies or candy aren't as good as this. It's possible that it'll be beneficial to your health.
