The strawberry taste is blah or revolting at best, not as shown, the size is small. Strawberries and yogurt, oh my! The following problems exist ONLY on the cream bar I am concerned. It is small. This is a very small object. These companies sell bars that are really bars, like an Amazon or Trader Joe's can eat half of the bar if you prefer a smaller bar, or, share it with someone else. A small one for a single person, not a big one for a big To split these types of bars in half, they need a groove or crevice in them, just like candy bars. The bar needs to be bigger! I'm sorry. . . As it turns out, the white stuff on the box is not what it appears to be. At times, it is thin to the point where it cannot be seen. There is another brand that has a nice coating that can be purchased at Trader Joe's and Amazon (and there are others as well). I'm sorry. . . The only option for those who don't wish to consume chocolate is this brand! Is it possible to make blueberry pie type bars plus seed-based bars, such as peanut, sesame, and other ones? I am concerned. There is a serious lack of fiber in this diet. There is plenty of protein in the diets of Americans and Europeans. In their diets, they do not get enough FIBER. I know this will sound like I made it up, but I am terrified of it. This happened in a serious way It has been no problem for my Fiancé and me to go through a few boxes of these so far. They are very popular with us. He bit into one today, however, and there was a sharp piece of plastic embedded Thanks be to God, he did not get cut or injured. The last couple boxes I bought tasted chemically and tasted completely off. I discovered they were keto-friendly when I noticed that they said so on the packaging. There was a previous box I had that did not list this I had to check the ingredients to make sure. I don't mind if you make keto-friendly versions of your existing products, but do not change the original ones! I have had this happen to my fiber one coffee cake bars and my protein bars as well.

For such a small bar, this bar is well balanced with calories (only 90), sodium (only 115 mg), and protein (10 grams). It also provides a decent amount of fiber (4 grams). This is a great protein bar because it does not have an overly sweet taste and the flavor is delicious. Several "protein bars" I have tried have a tooth-aching consistency and flavour that is overpowering. What are these? I love it! Occasionally hard to find in some places, but I always have them on hand in my backup.

Despite the fact that I like the flavor of these Protein bars, I took the chance to order the Strawberry and Cream flavor after not receiving an answer to my questions. As for those of you who had the same question as I did, the red colorant in this flavor (red 40) is artificial, which I am sensitive This Strawberry flavor is too sour for me to eat. Nonetheless, I am a big fan of all the other varieties. Especially during that time of the month, they are a favorite sweet treat of mine.
