It was a chewy and yummy treat. The only reason I bought this was to taste all of the flavors after I loved For me, the mocha chocolate and banana almond butter are hands down the best. This is pretty disappointing as there are no nutritional details in the pictures or the description. They are named macro bars, so I was thinking they are keto-friendly. The blueberry cashew butter and banana almond butter are my favorites, but I have tasted the others too.
