When I first bought this product, I did not trust it. The skepticism was for nothing as it turned out. Other bars had little flavor, but these were both very filling and full of flavor. Due to reviews describing bowel movements caused by the bars, I was on the fence with reading some of the prior reviews. The bars have become a staple of my post-workout meal after I had them for a week. I'll have them every time I work out from now on. It lived up to its billing that all the flavors included in the assortment pack were excellent. The flavor provided by the mint and chip protein bar is not traditional for a protein bar, but it suited the purpose for which the bar was intended. Additionally, these protein bars didn't have a very chalky mouth feel like those offered by most other manufacturers. If regaining protein is a priority following a workout, then this is an excellent choice for those looking for a post workout meal.
