I've kept fresh parsley in two different ways. One method has been to place the ends in a small glass of water and place it on the refrigerator's top shelf. I've also wrapped it in a cotton cloth and placed it in the veggie drawer so it doesn't sweat in the plastic grocery bag. The version with the parsley in water, in my opinion, keeps it fresher. I hope this information is useful.
I was given curly parsley rather than Italian parsley.
It's a fantastic piece of work. This year's parsley was able to be propagated and regrow thanks to my efforts.
I had no choice but to accept it as a loss.

Before I began to use them, the vegetable lasted quite a while. After three weeks in the fridge, they were still bright green when I used them.

Always fresh and in a LARGE portion from Amazon. I use Parsley in a lot of chimichurri, tabbouleh, smoothies, and soups (it's not just a garnish, people, it's SO good for you), and it's always on hand in my fresh orders.

There are a few bad bushels here and there, but overall the quality is excellent.
With a nice dark green coloring, it is fresh, clean, and crisp.
