It's not worth the trouble
3/5

There are no other options. There isn't much that is edible. At least half of the time, this is the case. I've given buying these a couple of tries. I believe I have purchased them eight or nine times. They only came fresh and delicious TWICE. To be honest, I'm aware that raspberries rot much faster than other berries. Which is why I'm blaming it on the people who chose them. It's understandable in a way. They are simply attempting to fulfill orders. However, this is precisely why these are unworthy of your money. The vast majority of the time, you'll end up discarding AT LEAST HALF of the berries right away. I've gotten them before when there were only a few edible ones and had to throw them away as soon as I could. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, and You'll probably be fine with the rest of the berries. If you want raspberries, however, you should get out of bed, go to the store, and pick them out yourself. Otherwise, paying $5 or whatever for the 5 decent berries you'll get out of the batch isn't worth it.

BUT THE FLAVOR IS GOOD
3/5

FALLING APART AND MUSHY. Blueberries, both organic and non-organic, are a staple in my diet. berries that are dark in color When they're in season, I buy them fresh to increase my chances of getting good ones. Frozen blueberries are always on hand in my freezer. Because the fresh organic blackberries I had received on my previous order were so good, I decided to try the organic fresh raspberries. Raspberry berries are also said to be beneficial to our health. The raspberries were not worth the purchase price. Over half of them were overripe and mushy, and many had already disintegrated in their unopened package. I lost several more by simply rinsing a few in my hand under slowly running water. They simply disintegrated into mush. Those that didn't fall apart had a good flavor; those that didn't fall apart had a good flavor. I'm not sure if it's because raspberries are hollow on the inside, or if they were simply older. I do know that I can't afford to flush the majority of the package down the toilet. br>br>WATCH OUT. FRESH FROM AMAZON: 2 RECOMMENDATIONSbr>br> I used to tip at a rate of 7. Fresh orders get a 5% discount. Then it dropped to 7% of its original value. > > 5%> > > 0%. > > > 5%, and now I'm at 5%. I make a set amount of money every month. When we do receive a COLA raise in our Social Security, it may be sufficient to cover the increase in our basic Medicare premium. I'm not going to pay more for produce that I wouldn't buy if I went to the market on my own. br>br>There are some pickers. Picking good produce is a skill that packers have mastered. Those items that will continue to ripen on the counter or window sill but aren't overripe and spoiling, but aren't so far from ripe that they can't be ripened in a day or two Others, I believe, simply grab the first one they come across, regardless of its state. I'm also unsure if the drivers make their own decisions. Whether they pack their own deliveries or if others do it ahead of time and the groceries sit in the store, waiting for them to arrivebr>2- The delivery window is one hour. br>br>Amazon is good about refunding customers who complain, but that doesn't make up for the fact that you didn't get the produce you wanted. You're stuck without produce until your next order arrives, or someone has to go back to the store and buy it. In that case, you might as well skip Amazon Fresh altogether and hire someone to do your grocery shopping for you. br>br> I have a couple of Amazon Fresh recommendations: br>1) Instruct those in charge of the selection process. What is good produce and what isn't when it comes to packing produce The firmness of the material, as well as the color- each item's ripeness - there is no mold Blueberries should be blue, not wilted. If you want black berries, you should use black berries. In both cases, the color is not red. They will not ripen if they are red. I know because I've tried. I've even left some of them to ripen in the sun. It was a complete failure. Greens should not be wilted, nor should they be yellowed or brown around the edges. They should not be slimy or mushy, either. br>br> Produce is delicate and must be handled as such, especially if it has been bumped or banged. bruised- It'll start rotting almost immediately. 2) Produce, as well as other refrigerated items, must be kept cold- refrigeration – both before and after delivery, as well as while riding in a delivery vehicle Otherwise, mold, spoilage, and wilting will occur. Last summer, the hosts and anchors of CNBC raved about a company on the east coast. They claimed that the produce they were given was always of high quality. br> They then conducted an interview with the CEO. AH HA! All of their delivery vehicles were refrigerated, in addition to delivering only top-quality produce. Regrettably, that firm is only located on the east coast-- In the tri-state area, I believe it is possible to It is not a public company and is located in the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area. br>br>Amazon is spending a lot of money on new delivery trucks. I believe that making some refrigeratedbr>for grocery delivery across the country would be worthwhile. Not just in the sweltering parts of the world. br>br>At Amazon, putting the customer first is a top priority. That's how you keep your Fresh customers happy and coming back for more.

Because I didn't order fresh food from AMZ the day after, I was moldy the next day
3/5

The next day, I was moldy, and I decided not to order fresh food from AMZ ever again. I live in a hot climate and was at home when it arrived, so I immediately put it in the fridge. It was packaged in a foil bag that was silver in color. The bag and the box were both toasty. In the box, I also had potatoes and Brussel sprouts, but not in this foil "bag. " The sprouts went bad the next day as well. The potatoes only lasted four days when they were supposed to last two weeks. These appeared to have spent some time in the back of a hot van. My money was a waste.

There is no seal on the plastic container
3/5

While the raspberries themselves were tasty (though after reading some of the reviews, I decided to eat them sooner rather than later), I'm writing this review to let you know that the plastic container in which the raspberries are packaged is not sealed. During a period when viruses and germs were rampant, this was concerning to me. I washed them twice and held them in my hands until they were almost falling apart. I won't be purchasing them in the future. For example, sliced watermelon and sliced apples come in sealed plastic containers that must be broken open by breaking a thick plastic seal. It was simply surprising that the berries had not been protected in any way other than by placing the container inside a clear plastic produce bag.

- The majority of the time - trashed
3/5

I didn't check when the package arrived, but when I opened it two days later, I discovered that the majority of the berries were bad and unusable. went to the garbage. I'm sorry, but I already gave the packer positive feedback - Someone was clearly too lazy to check the freshness of the food.

Healthy
4/5

Overripe to a degree. Raspberries are one of my favorite fruits in general. These raspberries were slightly overripe when they arrived at my house. They were juicy and delicious, but I would have preferred a firmer texture. Overall, I'm pleased with how well I'm doing.

Skeptical Shopper (_) is a term used to describe a person who is skeptical of what they are buying
5/5

After reading all of the reviews, I was very hesitant to buy fresh groceries online. But I was overjoyed to be proven wrong. I made a single raspberry purchase. All of the raspberries in the container were of good size and color, and they were either extremely sweet or moderately sweet. The only thing I didn't like was the smell of the bag it came in, which smelled like it had been packed by a smoker. You didn't smell it when you brought the paper bags into the house. However, the odor of smoke lingered in the bag after I removed the time/date stamped sticker. That was the case with all three bags that were delivered. I'm satisfied with the outcome overall.

In my mouth, they tasted like a spritz of perfume
3/5

I'm not sure why they're labeled "organic" - They have the taste and appearance of genetically modified foods. I bought a package and put them away for a few days before eating them. I was expecting them to be moldy, and I was prepared to pick through them and discard the moldy ones, but they appeared to be in good condition when I examined them. So I washed them and ate a few of them. They tasted like I'd been sprayed with perfume. It was perplexing as well as irritating. I'm willing to bet these aren't organic, and that Amazon/Whole Foods is selling genetically modified fruit under the "organic" label, because regular raspberries DON'T TASTE LIKE THAT.
