Fine salt, not fine white hairy mold, is supposed to cover it. To be sure, I tried one and promptly spit it out.
This item was ordered, and it appears that the supplier has changed. It's still a seedless plum, but it's nothing like the previous variety. The new plums were labeled YouZhilianWei and came in a red package rather than the green one that had previously been used. I wish I could go back in time and save the bag. However, the new plums are inedible, so I had to discard them. br>br>This is the type of food I grew up eating, and it's not easy to come by in my area. The seedless varieties of these dried plums have a powerful flavor that is not for the faint of heart - However, if you enjoy this style and don't want to deal with the seeds, these are fantastic. br>br>They aren't cheap, but you get a large bag and everything arrived in perfect condition.
These are truly outstanding. On the mainland of the United States, good ones are hard to come by. I'm thrilled to see they're available on Amazon. If the price was a little lower, I would purchase more.
As expected, the flavor is sweet and salty. I'm going to buy more. This is an excellent product.
Pieces that are both nice and meaty. There are a couple of additives, but nothing to be concerned about. It's money well spent.
What did the public think before I bought the last seven packages, which were hard and stale? br>All I'm saying is that it's already very expensive, but it was worthwhile, but now it's terrible.
