What you're getting at is that I'm not sure what you're talking about. They're for fruitcakes, which is why I buy them. They're delicious, and they're exactly what I'm looking for. Cherries in a sugar syrup

The cheeries were small and came in a bag with syrup liquid that made up for part of the weight, which was not what I expected for the price I paid. Each bag of 16 OZ contained approximately 3/4 pound of cheeries. They were not exactly as described or depicted in the advertisements. I kept them because the delivery was late, but I was not completely satisfied with the product; I will not order from this merchant again. Thank you very much.
I used to buy small containers of these cherries at the market, and they were often hard to come by, particularly around the holidays. I've purchased these three times and have never been disappointed. The price did go up, but so did everything else these days.
This is not a good buy!.
These were not tried by us. They came in a transparent bag. We threw them away because they had a strange odor when we opened the bag. We gave them two stars because we figured some brave souls would try them and decide they were fine.
I asked for candied cherries, but instead received glazed cherries. The package I received did not look anything like the picture or the Paradise Cherry I usually order. These are far too saturated to be used in a baking recipe.
In my neighborhood, there are four major supermarket chains and two independent stores, but none of them sell glazed fruit during the holidays. This is required for a fruitcake cookie that I make- Nothing else can be used in its place. These glazed cherries are meant to be baked with. Not suitable for consumption, as fresh cherries are.
Candied cherries of excellent quality, which I used in my Christmas cakes with great success! (The photographs were taken prior to the baking of the cakes. ).
Because every store in the area was closed, I had no choice but to use them. My fudge turned out okay, so I can't really complain.
