Cooking them did not occur to me. I used them as snacks because they were ready to eat when I needed them.

Honey crisp apples are one of our favorites, so we thought you couldn't go wrong. I would not have purchased these apples if I had read the reviews, and they have gone up from 18 to 20. This brings the score to 98-32. It had bruises on every apple and there were six of them, so buyer beware, this isn't really worth it.
Since the apples I received were too ripe and had a bad taste, I was not happy with their quality. Several of the bruised ones were also mine. This was a very disappointing purchase for me.
A reasonable price should have resulted in a better product.
The number of apples is only 6 lbs. 3lbs sounds a lot, but it is actually only 3 pounds. If I'd paid $5 for each apple, I would have expected perfection. The bruises on two of them were severe, while the bruises on the other two were minor.
I love this fruit because it is fresh, ripe, and has no bruises.
There were bruises and damage on the apples we received.
It was a pleasure to receive them in perfect condition. My order has been reordered.
