Why? I have had experience with other varieties of dried mangoes. Sugar can be found in abundance in all kinds of processed foods. It's common to find dried mangoes that are unsweetened or It is true that unsweetened are healthier, but they are just dried up A thin layer of sugar covers the sweetened version (like this product). means each piece is sweet and delicious, but it's not much different from eating candy, based on nutrition. I do generally find that the sweetened mangoes are slightly softer and a bit more moist, and this was no different. 2) I have just reordered this product.

The dried mangos in this brand taste great to me, I'm Filipino and I know what great dried mangos taste like. The flavors are amazing and the meat is much more moist than other cheap brands like Trader Joe's. The brand that you should eat when you eat dried mangos is this one.
These dried mangoes were disgusting, even to me as somebody who loves dried mangoes. It smelled funny and tasted like mold. They were wet, wet, and smelled funny. It seems that something is wrong with them.
