It is a company I have bought several things from and they have all been of Nevertheless, these figs don't seem to be in their prime. Their sugars have crystallized on their surface. There are some that are turning brown partly because they are dried out. It was disappointing. There's a chance that it may not be seasonally appropriate.
Figures 1 and 2 are the same as FIG- It comes in a variety of flavors. This is not a product I recommend. They were nowhere near as tender and flavorful as another brand I had purchased, and so I unfortunately ordered them in hopes that they would match another brand I had purchased.
Food not to be eaten. It could be that the food was too old, or was stored incorrectly. There are hints of black color in all of the figs due to overoxidization. It tastes like a sour raisin, not a sweet fig, and it is not as sweet. If I force myself to swallow it, I feel sick. The quality of the food is not good enough to recommend it.
I have been getting Yupik figs from you for quite some time now, and I have been happy with the quality However, the last bag was of a very poor quality compared to the first. As soon as I picked out the spoiled figs in the top third of the bag, I tossed it in the trash. Maybe I will try again in a few months, but if I get another bag like this last one, then I am done with them.
Your money will not be wasted. They were very old and hard by the time they made it to us, plus the sugar had dissolved and turned them white, not a very nice gift.
This is a good quality product.
Food for snacking.
There is nothing I dislike about the taste or the texture of it. Aside from the size, I like the design as well One or two a day is fine.
