An excellent purchase that is well worth the money. There are about 6 figs in each "portion pack" packaged in five separate portions. It has about five little bags inside the main bag. Each little bag holds about 5 ounces. The dried figs should be small to medium in size. I love the way each dried fig is moist, delicious, and gooey. The first time I received the package, I ate an entire small inner bag (6 figs). The amount of food was more than I needed. I wish I could have eaten just three of the figs at once. We have not yet completed the entire order, but we would buy from them.

However, I spotted these on clearance at Home Goods, so I decided to try them. My most favorite figs I have ever eaten were these tasty, juicy, sweet figs. My next step was to order a case from Amazon. Overall, these are still very good, even if some of the ones are slightly dry. It is a plus that they are free of preservatives and organic. I highly recommend these figs if you like figs!.

My mistake was not realizing there were individual packs within the package, which is a plus and makes it so much easier to take a pack with me when I run out the door instead of chips or some other high-calorie snack and fig newtons have sulfur dioxide, which I cannot have. If I do not finish it, then I leave it partially open because I do not mind them getting a little firmer. I find these figs to be super tender and come in the perfect one-serving packaging.

Additionally, I get a lot of pleasure from the quality of the figs, which are produced by a small family business that takes pride in the quality of their products and customer relations. There were 6 bags, each containing 5 smaller bags, which each contained 5 figs. I am able to eat my food with ease. There is nothing artificial about their sweetness - just their own special one. I am not a sugar addict. Ideally sized for a lunch box, briefcase, or purse, the little packets fit in the smallest of spaces. Initially, I bought them because they do not have sulphur in them, which is important to me because I suffer from a sulphur sensitivity. It was also very fast to receive the package.
