Sept. 12 was the date I placed my order. By January 5, 2013, the best package will be selected. February 14, 2014. Since figs contain a large amount of water and are moist, they can be kept past that date if kept airtight and chilled.

This is the best. Naturally sweet and delicious, as the name (which was chosen perfectly) implies, everyone loves them. There are no added ingredients because there is no need to really modify nature to create this natural healthy treat.
Have you tried one? There is basically nothing to these other than the interior of the fig nuton cookies, so they taste awesome without making you feel guilty about eating cookies (I eat fig nuttons At Costco, I chanced upon a bag of Smyrna figs, and I immediately went mad for them since I had just become a mother and was breastfeeding. What were you thinking when you found out about postpartum cravings? The taste was absolutely delicious and I ate some every nursing session for about 3 days (very helpful for other postpartum issues, It is a great paleo dessert option and my husband loved it as well. Thereafter, they were gone from Costco, and there were none left. When I bought mission figs at the local grocery store, the taste was different, and the bulk food ones were dry and hard. I was fortunate to have Amazon to turn to for assistance. Since the beginning of the month, we've purchased five bags. This is one of my favorite things.
A little sweet, but not too much. There is no doubt that the soft and tasty food is delicious. In addition, the package claims the girls are sultry and we have to admit I'm with them there. The price is great, and the quality is excellent.
It's difficult to tell why these were among the best figs I've ever tasted due to the season, but I can tell you that they were among the best I've ever tasted. I liked the size, the fact they were not damaged or squished, and they were still pliable, not dry and old.
Good figs in general, but never eat one until it has been opened to see inside. Pests don't usually matter too much, they can be eaten if you wish, but the insects can carry mold, and it is usually a toxic The problem of bad figs in every batch seems to exist regardless of how they were sourced.
It makes me so sad! In a smaller size from Target, I tried the fig product for the first time. They For the first time, I bought in bulk, which seemed to be worth it because the batch was excellent. A small batch of these was not the same as the large There were half of them that were going wrong. It was quite gross when I broke open the ones with the holes in the skin and found a beetle-like bug inside. It ended up being a waste of time to keep the bag. I cannot believe how wasteful this was.
In spite of this, I will refrain from writing a negative review because food evaluations are quite subjective, and each reviewer's opinion may differ. However, these figs were simply not up to my standards. There were many different shapes and sizes, from normal sized ones to very small ones. In a word, they literally shriveled up. My body did not like the less appealing ones, and the ones I had When I looked closely at them, I found some of the figs had an almost black color and some of them had light mold on them. I believe these figs were not fresh, and I don't believe they are Due to the potential risks associated with sending food through the mail, I chose not to ask for a refund, but instead to discard.
From Amazon, I bought this brand again, and it feels like home is just a few steps away! The soft, moist things I've been given elsewhere are such a far cry from these. There is still a skin on them, and it is a bit thicker than usual. The little stemmy thing has to be pulled off, and the fig must be chewed. This is such a yummy treat! Don't worry if the sugary coating melts off they will still be Sugar comes to the surface when they age because the natural sugars dissolve into them. It will have a softer texture and a sweeter flavor, but the same great taste and texture.
